How fast do listings come down?
Monitoring starts once setup is complete, and valid matches are filed after review. Review times are set by each platform and vary, so we track every notice until the platform acts and report where each one stands.
What if a seller pushes back?
We review the seller's response. If the claim holds, we prepare a platform appeal or rebuttal with evidence. If it does not, we withdraw it. Under the DMCA, a valid counter-notice can lead to the content being restored unless the rights owner files suit, so any matter that turns into a legal dispute goes to you and our partner fractional IP attorney.
Do I need registered trademarks or copyrights?
Registrations make notices stronger and are required by some platform programs. If you do not have them yet, the Setup service includes copyright group registration of your product photos. Trademark applications are handled by our partner fractional IP attorney.
