Is this legal advice?
No. This is a brand-protection operations service. We monitor marketplaces, prepare evidence, and file platform notices as your authorized agent based on rights you own and confirm. We do not give legal opinions or represent you in disputes. Legal matters are referred to independent licensed IP counsel.
Which platforms do you cover?
TikTok Shop, Amazon and eBay today. If you are seeing copies on another marketplace, mention it in your audit request.
How fast do listings come down?
Monitoring starts once setup is complete, and valid matches are filed after review. Review times are set by each platform and vary, so we track every notice until the platform acts and report where each one stands.
What if a seller pushes back?
We review the seller's response. If the claim holds, we prepare a platform appeal or rebuttal with evidence. If it does not, we withdraw it. Under the DMCA, a valid counter-notice can lead to the content being restored unless the rights owner files suit, so any matter that turns into a legal dispute goes to you and independent licensed IP counsel.
Do I need registered trademarks or copyrights?
Registrations make notices stronger and are required by some platform programs. If you do not have them yet, the Setup service includes copyright group registration of your product photos. Trademark applications are referred to independent licensed IP counsel.
